Like flowers? Who doesn’t. What about champagne? You’d be lying if you said you didn’t. Well, thanks to genius businesswoman Theresa Anderson, you can enjoy both at her new boutique concept, Petals & Pop. I first noticed it about a month ago, shortly after opening at Lot 579 in Pacific City, and I can honestly say it was love it at first sight.

Designed with elegant, vintage-inspired décor and lined with shelves from floor to ceiling, I instantly knew this wasn’t your average florist. Cookbooks, vases, watering cans and small gifts are just a few of the products sold here. You can also find cards for almost every occasion, artisanal chocolates and luxurious home accents.

Towards the back of the store, there’s a stunning floral arrangement featuring almost every type of flower, along with a few gardening tools and hemp bags. Whether you’re just looking for a bundle to freshen up your space or a hundred wedding arrangements, Petals & Pop has everything you could ever want.

They also have a refrigerated section, so you can ensure what you’re getting is fresh. Oh, and I couldn’t help but be a little obsessed with the gorgeous claw-foot bathtub (can you say #GOALS?).

Okay, enough about the flowers, let’s get to the champs. I sat down at the bar, which has about five seats, so it almost feels like you’re having a personal tasting. The menu looks like something out of an old library book (of course), and features an impressive selection of sparkling wine and champagne, which you can get by the glass or bottle. They even serve mini bottles, which is what I ordered, specifically the Le Grand Courtâge (i’m a sucker for a good rosé).

Just like the store décor, the presentation was flawless. Served in a vintage coupe with a sprig of chamomile, this was certainly a one-of-a-kind experience. I casually sipped on my glass of bubbly while visualizing where everything in this store would belong in my home. A girl can dream, right?

Conclusion: Petals and Pop is well worth the visit. Being that there is no other store like it, I guarantee you’ll love the experience. It’s perfect for a classy girls’ night, bridal celebration or even just treating yourself. After all, there’s nothing flowers and champagne can’t fix.
