Although fall may be here in the fashion world, summer is definitely still here in the real world. Dressing for the heat can be tough when you want to stay cool and comfortable but also look somewhat put-together. Luckily, I found a way to do both.

This linen button-down from Scotch & Soda is one of my favorites, because it’s extremely lightweight yet keeps your look polished and classic. I tied it at the waist to go with my high-rise shorts, but it can be styled so many different ways. Wear it open over your swimsuit to the beach, or buttoned and tucked loose with destroyed jeans for a boyfriend look. You can even dress it up with some trousers and heels for the office. Really, there’s no wrong way to wear it. The blue and white stripes channel a nautical vibe that I absolutely love for summer. Plus, it came with a super-cute seashell necklace (as if I needed another excuse to buy it).

Below I’ve shared some other linen favorites from Scotch & Soda. And you know what the best part about them is? They’re on SALE! And who doesn’t love a good sale? Shop them HERE.
